Aurum Food & Wine

Located on Yampa Street in Steamboat Springs (in the former Sweetwater Grill space), Aurum Food & Wine is a 21-plus restaurant with a strong bar program and an outdoor stage that comes alive during the summer. Live music runs on Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays through the warmer months, with a lean toward acoustic, Americana, blues, folk, jazz, and singer-songwriter acts kept mostly local. The 100-person outdoor setup pairs a good meal with sunset acoustic music, which is a pretty complete summer evening in a Colorado ski town. For artists, it is a laid-back solo slot with a well-fed, receptive crowd.
