Cork House Winery in Waxahachie is a 21+ winery owned by Doug and Karla Bond Gibson, Waxahachie's first winery. Most shows run Friday and Saturday nights, with the occasional Thursday. The winery atmosphere suits acoustic and folk acts that complement a wine tasting experience in a historic small-town setting south of Dallas.
