Society Hall

Society Hall is a community-run all-ages 180-capacity event center in Alamosa, saved by a group of like-minded folks who banded together to acquire an old church and give it back to the community as a performance space. Live music runs on Friday and Saturday nights, and the church-turned-hall setting gives shows a distinct sense of place. For guests in the San Luis Valley, it is one of the more purposeful cultural stops around; for artists, the room's community-first model and audience culture make it a rewarding room to work.
