Test Pilot

Test Pilot is a Funk Zone tiki bar from the team behind The Good Lion, and it goes all in on golden-age tiki style. A curved copper bar, woven lanterns, reclaimed wood walls, ship's wheels, and carved idols set the scene, and the drinks are rum-forward and served in playful mugs. A taco truck is often parked outside, and indoor and outdoor seating fills quickly on weekends. The soundtrack leans hip-hop and party grooves, with DJs taking over for anniversary parties and special events. It is a compact, high-energy room, better suited to DJs who can read a cocktail crowd than to amplified live bands.
