The American Theatre

The American Theatre is a landmark in Hampton Roads and the only one remaining of four historic theatres in Hampton, built in 1908 as a high class motion picture and vaudeville house. Artists inherit a genuinely significant piece of Virginia entertainment history, and show seekers get a beautifully preserved early 20th century theater experience.
