True Symmetry Brewing Company

True Symmetry Brewing Company is Suisun City's most lively and community-driven craft brewery, a welcoming taproom with industrial character that has built a devoted local following since opening in April 2018 by doing something deceptively simple well: making excellent beer and surrounding it with genuinely good programming every week. Head brewer Jason Ledford started as a home brewer in 1999, went on to win numerous homebrew awards, and in 2014 earned a Diploma in British Brewing Technology from Brewlab in Sunderland, England, where he honed the English and Belgian ale focus that still defines the brewery's character. The beer program is award-winning and wide ranging, with notable medals including multiple wins at the Brewers Cup of California, bronze at the Great American Beer Festival, bronze at the 2024 California State Fair Pro Competition, and a 2025 silver medal in California, all for beers including the flagship Schwarzbier Midnight at Noon, a Mexican Lager, a Hazy DIPA, sour ales, English Browns, Belgian Blondes, and much more across 20 rotating taps. The taproom is large and comfortable with industrial influences, a spacious outdoor area, and an atmosphere that is consistently described as warm, welcoming, and genuinely fun. No food is served but outside food is always welcome, and area food trucks and neighboring restaurants regularly park nearby. The entertainment calendar is one of the most varied of any Bay Area brewery, rotating live music, line dancing, comedy shows, trivia nights, game nights, and dance classes through the week. Live music events typically carry a $5 cover charge and run Friday evenings from 7pm to 10pm. The venue is family-friendly, pet-friendly, and the kind of place locals describe as having something going on most nights of the week.
