Wildcat Lounge

The Wildcat Lounge is a Santa Barbara nightlife institution on West Ortega Street and a perennial winner of best dance club honors. Red leather, red lights, and a sparkling bar give it a bohemian, slightly decadent feel, and the crowd is famously inclusive, drawing every age, style, and orientation. DJs drive most nights with house, dance, and all-request sets, and Sundays have long been one of the city's most welcoming LGBTQ+ nights. Local bands have also played weeknights over the years. A connecting door leads to the quieter Bobcat Room next door. It is a room built for DJs and dance-forward acts.
